Chickasaw Agency

The Chickasaw Agency is under the general supervision of the Line Officer in charge, the Agency Superintendent. The Agency provides quality services to the Indian people in the 11½ counties under the Agency’s jurisdiction. The Superintendent works with the Chickasaw Nation in the development of current and long range plans necessary for executing and coordinating the various Agency programs in order to enhance or restore the capacity of the Nation to function socially, economically, and independently under conditions favorable to reach goals established jointly by the Nation and the Bureau. The Agency branches include Executive Direction, Administration and Trust Services. Executive Direction is the Office of the Agency Superintendent, which also provided direct oversight of the Branch of Administration. The Trust Services branches are under the direct supervision of the Deputy Agency Superintendent-Trust Services. Trust services include Realty Services, Natural Resources, Lease Management, Probate Services, and the Fire Management Program.
